Job Description

The Administrative/Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the office to help maintain the smooth and effective running of the day to day business operations.

Job Specifications

  • Provide administrative support to Director and Management Team.
  • Prepare necessary letters, documents or general correspondence.
  • Perform necessary accounting functions, petty cash, cheque payments etc.
  • Book containers for Exports.
  • Prepare Export Documentation.
  • Ensure filing is kept up to date.
  • Manage and Maintain Office Supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Professional Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) CSEC (CXC) passes including Mathematics and English Language.
  • CAPE (A Levels) passes including Mathematics.
  • Administrative Experience will be an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
