1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charges.
- Service Failure: If the services you paid for (e.g., job postings) are not delivered due to a technical issue or error on our part, we will refund the applicable fees.
- Job Posting Removal Before Live Activation: Employers may cancel a job posting request before it is approved and made live. Refunds for such cancellations will be subject to a processing fee (if applicable).
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you decide not to use the service after the purchase, unless the service has not yet been activated.
- Job Post Expiry: Refunds are not available for job postings that expire naturally within their designated posting period.
- Candidate Response: We cannot guarantee the quantity or quality of responses to your job posting and do not issue refunds based on the level of interest or applications received.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Your account details
- The specific service purchased
- The reason for the refund request
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 7 business days. If approved, we will notify you and process the refund.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered if a service is only partially delivered. The amount refunded will be based on the proportion of the service not fulfilled.
