The individual must be able to execute on the responsibilities outlined below: 

Responsibilities 

• Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions 

• Accompany customer in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live 

• Negotiate the required resources 

• Make customers Odoo Champions with well executed training 

• Take part in the first line support to the Sales team during pre-sale Qualifications 

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's degree considered an asset) 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Applications 

• Ability to understand different business Processes 

• Excellent communication/ negotiation skills 

• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly 

• Affinity with the IT world (MUST HAVE)
